- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions from intake meetings, sourcing and screenings to offer negotiation.
- Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for talent pooling, competitor analysis, and market mapping.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience providing transparent communication, personalised interaction, and timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders including hiring managers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
- Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
- Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
- Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-calibre talent.
Qualifications: Who You Are:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
- Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
- Must be able to speak German fluently.
