The tea: You\’ll be the creative genius turning healthcare into content that makes people go \“OMG, I feel so seen!\“ Your mission? Create the kind of TikToks and Reels that have queers stopping mid-scroll while they\’re supposed to be working. You\’ll make Every Health THE voice for LGBTQ+ healthcare in Europe through content that\’s educational, hilarious, and sometimes a little spicy. (No, not that kind of spicy… or maybe?)

Who we are (spoiler: we\’re a little fruity)

Let\’s get serious for a hot second: 70% of queer people are unsatisfied with their healthcare. In Europe alone, 75 million LGBTQ+ folks are up to 23x more likely to get sick, yet most can\’t find providers who actually get them.

Plot twist: We\’re changing that! We\’re building Europe\’s first digital healthcare provider made specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. Our small-but-mighty team of entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals is backed by VCs who believe in our vision of healthcare that doesn\’t make you explain what \“vers\“ means to your doctor.

Tasks

If you’re a little fruity, there’s a 95% chance you’ve seen us on social media already. You know there\’s no idea too wild for us. Our co-founder Dima has been the face of our content, but now we\’re ready for the next chapter while keeping our chaotic good energy.

You\’ll:

  • Be our social media mastermind – crafting our voice, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks. It\’s your rainbow sandbox!
  • Create content that makes people say \“I\’m in this video and I don\’t hate it\“ – ideating, filming, editing, and publishing native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels , and YouTube Shorts.
  • Run our content calendar like the organized queen/king/sovereign you are – from wild ideas to hitting \“post\“ and driving engagement that gets the algorithm on our side.
  • Develop outreach that makes the LGBTQ+ community feel like \“finally, healthcare people who get it.\“
  • Track metrics (yes, there\’s some math, sorry) to figure out what content has our audience living and what\’s giving flop.
  • Engage with our community – think less \“We value your feedback\“ and more \“OMG bestie, tell us more!\“
  • Post on LinkedIn that somehow makes healthcare sexy and professional at the same time.

Requirements

You\’ll slay this role if you:

  • Have experience creating social content that makes people smash that share button – professionally or through your own channels. (We don\’t expect millions of followers – we invest in potential over strict years of experience, so if you\’ve made content that\’s resonated with people, we\’re all ears).
  • Tell stories that make people feel both educated and entertained (like explaining douching without making people die of embarrassment).
  • Can spot a trend from a mile away and turn it into content before it\’s passĂ©.
  • Bonus points if you’re comfortable both behind and in front of the camera (we create educational content on all aspects of health, after all).
  • Thrive in startup chaos – you\’re the \“I\’ll figure it out\“ type, not the \“that\’s not in my job description\“ type.
  • Are fluent in German and English (especially in the language of humor and shade).
  • Actually understand the LGBTQ+ community beyond knowing the words to \“I\’m Coming Out.\“
