Your tasks

• Development, implementation and maintenance of Java applications and systems.
• Analysis of requirements and creation of technical concepts.
• Design and development of backend components and interfaces to other systems.
• Participation in the further development of existing applications.
• Ensuring software quality through code reviews, unit tests and integration tests.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams consisting of developers, testers and product managers.
• Support in the introduction of modern technologies and frameworks.

What you bring with you

• Degree in computer science, software development or a comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge of Java and relevant frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate or Jakarta EE.
• Experience in working with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Knowledge of agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) an advantage.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) or container solutions (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) an advantage.
