Your mission

Empower business owners to scale their business by transforming the integration of financial transactions and cash flow processes into an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly experience.

Take charge of this critical area, working closely with Lennard (Sr. PM) and Simon (Sr. EM) to build a high-impact product trio.

From the start:

• Identify key challenges entrepreneurs face in managing transactions and financial flows.
• Develop, measure, and refine solutions with a skilled engineering team.
• Leverage related areas (invoicing, expenses, reports) to create seamless experiences.
• Co-lead the product vision, rethinking financial management for SMBs.

Your qualification

We want you to be successful in your role. We believe you’ll need to bring or grow the following qualities:

• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience in product teams or startups.
• A deep understanding of customers and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong product thinking, questioning assumptions, and refining ideas.
• A portfolio showcasing attention to detail and accessible web/mobile UI design.
• Experience with user research and applying insights to design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
• A proactive, action-driven approach and a passion for learning.
• You live in Germany.
