Your Tasks
- Take on process responsibility for the application of agile methods and tools within our teams.
- Accompany the further development, establishment, and support of agile work processes together with Syskron management.
- Be part of the Scrum teams, communicating and representing the agile mindset to all stakeholders involved.
- Provide support within the teams to identify problems and conflicts and find suitable solutions.
- Work on an equal footing with mixed development and customer project teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Exchange ideas with other Scrum Masters in the team to generate new ideas and experiences.
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally with a certificate in the Scrum environment.
- Successfully accompanied several interdisciplinary and self-organized teams in your role.
- Experience in the software environment, especially in the SAP Cloud area.
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to think outside the box.
- Communicative and enjoy working with a wide range of interfaces.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to be in the office about twice a week (Regensburg and/or Altenstadt) with flexible planning for other days.
