Job Description: Customer Success Manager
Join our Worldwide Customer Engagement Team (CET) – a team that manages a global portfolio of executive-level programs and a network of facilities designed to deepen customer and partner relationships, accelerate cloud growth, and inspire through the art of the possible. We host thousands of customers and partners at our centers around the globe, discussing their business needs and how our solutions will make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences by facilitating a wide range of solution area capability demos, industry demos, and customer success demos.
- Deliver demos in person at our Experience Center EMEA.
- Lead documentation efforts and prepare detailed reports.
