Your mission

As an experienced backend developer (f/m/d), you will play a key role in the development, optimization and scaling of our backend systems. You will design robust, high-performance and maintainable applications that create real added value for our customers. Build future-proof solutions with us and drive technical excellence!

1. You develop scalable microservices with Java Spring Boot and use modern architecture principles.
2. Cloud storage & configuration management are part of your toolbox.
3. You take on code reviews and actively drive the further development of clean code principles in our projects.
4. Test automation is a matter of course for you – you use JUnit and Mockito to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
5. Performance & monitoring is part of your job – you work with Grafana and Prometheus to monitor systems efficiently.
6. Kafka & Event-Driven Design are no foreign words for you – you implement high-performance and reliable messaging systems.
7. As a customer-oriented developer, you work directly with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand complex requirements and deliver the best possible solutions.

What you bring with you

1. You are an experienced Java developer with in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and have already developed sophisticated backend systems in agile teams.
2. You enjoy getting to the bottom of complex systems and independently developing solutions for demanding technical challenges.
3. Experience with Kafka, Maven, Hibernate Envers, S3 and Oracle DB SQL is a big plus.
4. You are familiar with modern IDEs: VS Code, IntelliJ or Eclipse are your tools of choice.
5. You are communicative, proactive and team-oriented – with us, real exchange counts more than stubborn work.
6. Customer centricity is a matter of course for you – you understand requirements not only technically, but also from the customer\’s perspective.
