Your tasks:

• Technical and professional support for business customers in the area of Microsoft Exchange
• Management, monitoring and further development of solutions, including integration of third-party tools or services
• Planning, implementation and operation of complex Exchange infrastructures and their migration
• Participation in project planning and management

Your profile:

• Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Solid consulting experience in the IT industry
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Security & Compliance Services, Microsoft 365 rollouts as well as Microsoft Teams and telephony
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and online)
• Quick grasp of complex tasks
• Possession of a class B driving license
• Strong oral and written communication skills in German (at least level C1)
