Your tasks:

1. Technical and professional support for business customers in the area of Microsoft Exchange
2. Management, monitoring and further development of solutions, including integration of third-party tools or services
3. Planning, implementation and operation of complex Exchange infrastructures and their migration
4. Participation in project planning and management

Your profile:

1. Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
2. Solid consulting experience in the IT industry
3. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Security & Compliance Services, Microsoft 365 rollouts as well as Microsoft Teams and telephony
4. Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and online)
5. Quick grasp of complex tasks
6. Possession of a class B driving license
7. Strong oral and written communication skills in German (at least level C1)
