Director - Medical Affairs - Oncology / Cell Therapy

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Medical Affairs with a focus on Oncology/Cell Therapy. This role will provide clinical oversight and medical monitoring, address product-related queries, and optimize tumour tissue processes. Your expertise in oncology and cell therapy will be crucial in engaging with healthcare professionals and contributing to strategic discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a cell therapy expert in internal and external discussions, including global cross-functional teams and advisory boards.
• Conduct consultations with healthcare professionals to support patient care in TIL cell therapy.
• Collaborate with teams across Commercial Quality, Market Access, and Clinical Development.
• Participate in Medical Affairs working groups and represent the organization at professional meetings and symposia.
• Provide clinical input and review for disease strategy plans, educational materials, and commercial brand plans.
• Partner with Scientific Communications to develop publication strategies and key messages.
• Engage with key stakeholders as a medical strategy expert.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution.
• Expertise in cell therapy or solid tumor malignancies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in clinical trials within hematology/oncology.
• Proficient in data review and interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align scientific initiatives with organizational goals.
• Experience in developing scientific content and managing project budgets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
