Your Key Responsibilities?
Website Analysis & Optimization:
- Perform audits of our WordPress website to assess performance , usability, and SEO, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide fresh perspectives to enhance user experience , navigation, and overall functionality.
Website Management:
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Implement plugins, updates, and features to improve site functionality and performance.
Visual Content Creation:
- Design visuals (banners, infographics, landing pages) for diverse platforms, including web, email, and social media.
- Optimize visuals for performance , engagement, and multi-device compatibility using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Work with external partners to promote joint solutions on both parties’ websites.
- Identify and execute co-branded opportunities like landing pages and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility.
Technical Support & Compliance:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within WordPress, collaborating with IT and external developers as needed.
- Ensure the website adheres to legal and GDPR requirements.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Track and enhance key metrics , including conversion rates and page engagement .
What We’re Looking For?
- Experience: 2-3 years in website management or a similar role, with proven experience managing WordPress sites; experience in the software or technology sector is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in WordPress management, including themes, plugins, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and conversion rate optimization.
- Design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools .

- You speak French or German, with strong English proficiency.
