Head of IT & Digital

Our client is seeking a Head of IT & Digital to oversee and drive their IT strategy. This leadership role involves managing infrastructure, helpdesk, and digitalisation teams, ensuring a secure and scalable IT environment that supports business growth. The position requires a strong focus on cloud integration, automation, and IT security, while maintaining smooth technical operations and communication across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop IT teams across infrastructure, helpdesk, and digitalisation.
• Define and implement IT strategy to support business growth, ensuring a secure and scalable infrastructure.
• Act as an IT business partner for internal departments, driving digital transformation and providing state-of-the-art tools.
• Oversee cloud migration and integration, leveraging new technologies for an efficient IT landscape.
• Ensure seamless IT operations, including technical support, process automation, and system integration.
• Maintain IT security standards, ensuring rapid response to potential incidents.
• Manage IT budgets and reporting, presenting strategic insights to senior management.

Your Profile:

• Degree in computer science, natural sciences, or a similar quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cutting-edge IT technologies, tools, and trends.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Hands-on leadership style, capable of both inspiring teams and handling technical details.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
