Senior Director of Technical Services

On behalf of a client, I am seeking a Senior Director of Technical Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical and strategic leadership at a large, complex, and innovative manufacturing site, playing a key role in shaping the organization\’s growth and success.

Tasks:

• Oversee TS/MS external manufacturing to meet global quality and contract manufacturing standards.
• Lead technical capability development for commercialization, ensuring robust product handovers and lifecycle management.
• Assess technical capabilities for business development and acquisitions, supporting agreements, and technical transfers.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and products are controlled, compliant, and continuously improving.
• Collaborate with TSMS and R&D to develop talent and support commercialization efforts.

Profile:

• Bachelor\’s or higher degree in a scientific field.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with direct team management responsibilities.
• Fluent in English (C1); German or French is a plus.
