Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns.
Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuously optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestions to sales leaders on topics of branding and operation when required.
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.
– Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
– Mandarin Speaking is a must.
