Financial Controller (m/f/d)

As Financial Controller (m/f/d) you will be part of the Financial Controlling team for a leading Medical Device organisation in Germany, collaborating closely with the rest of the Finance organization in both Germany & their international entities.

The is a key position where there will be responsibility for overseeing the organization\’s financial operations in Germany to oversee internal controls and analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Key focus:

• Collection and analysis of accounting and financial data
• Analysis of actual variances and deviations / forecast
• Cash flow analysis
• Monthly reporting
• Support for Year-end closing
• KPI Monitoring for Management Control
• Collaborate on budget preparation and financial forecasts
• Project controlling

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in finance within an international company
• Strong controlling and accounting skills
• Experience with SAP ERP FI & CO modules or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Life science domain experience advantageous
• Several years of experience in financial management and production cost accounting, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry.
• Fluent in German and English
