Our client is a global technology leader with a cutting-edge Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) Business Unit , driving innovation in intralogistics and warehouse automation. Their intelligent, autonomous solutions are revolutionizing material flow and optimizing supply chains for leading companies worldwide.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Hunter to join their team and play a critical role in driving new business development. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience in intralogistics and automation solutions to be at the forefront of an expanding market.

The Role:

As a Sales Hunter , you will be responsible for aggressively identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in the intralogistics and warehouse automation space. This role is focused on expanding market presence, developing strategic relationships, and accelerating revenue growth for our client’s AMR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new business development by identifying and targeting potential customers in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
  2. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to promote and sell AMR solutions.
  3. Engage with key decision-makers , including C-level executives, to position AMR technology as a critical operational advantage.
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle , from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, and marketing) to enhance value propositions and competitive positioning.
  6. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a strategic edge.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets , ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven track record as a sales hunter , with strong expertise in new business development in intralogistics, automation, robotics, or material handling.
  2. 3+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales within the intralogistics, warehouse automation, or supply chain technology sector.
  3. Strong technical understanding of AMRs, AGVs, WMS, or related automation solutions.
  4. Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.

This is an on-site role, some home office days are possible but fully remote candidates cannot be considered.

Compensation for the role will be dependent on experience.
