The Role

We are looking for an accomplished Equity & Fixed Income Sales Specialist to join a high-performing team. This role is exclusively focused on sales and requires a well-established network within the investment community. The successful candidate will drive the distribution of equity and fixed income products, engage with institutional and high-net-worth clients, and provide market intelligence to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors and/or high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) , leveraging an established network.
  2. Lead the sales of equity and fixed income products , aligning offerings with client investment strategies.
  3. Act as a trusted market expert, delivering insights and investment recommendations backed by research and market trends.
  4. Partner with internal teams to structure and position investment solutions tailored to client needs.
  5. Maintain high levels of client engagement, fostering long-term partnerships and driving portfolio expansion.

Key Requirements

  1. Proven track record in Equity and Fixed Income Sales within a private bank, asset manager, or investment bank.
  2. Established investor network , with a demonstrable history of successful deal execution.
  3. Deep expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and structured products .
  4. Strong ability to communicate and articulate complex investment concepts with credibility.
  5. Fluency in German and English is required.
