Die Rolle:

Als Technical Consultant (m/w/d) bei der Freicon Software GmbH bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserer Softwarelösung FILAKS.PLUS. Du analysierst kundenspezifische Bedürfnisse, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte IT-Konzepte und unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Optimierung unserer Lösungen. Deine Rolle umfasst sowohl technische als auch kaufmännische Aspekte und erfordert ein tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse im Automobilhandel.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Kundenspezifische Bedarfsanalyse: Ermittlung und Analyse der individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden

• Präsentation von IT-Konzepten: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen sowie Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen
• Begleitende Beratung: Unterstützung unserer Kunden während der Implementierungsphase und kontinuierlicher Support über Microsoft Teams
• Pflege der Kundenbeziehung: Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen auch nach Projektabschluss
• Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen für die Planung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten
• Projektkoordination: Organisation und Betreuung von Projekten und Installationen
• (Prozess)Analytik: Durchführung detaillierter Analysen zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
• IT-Konzepte: Planung und Entwicklung von IT-Konzepten sowie deren Umsetzung
• Schulungen und Workshops: Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden, einschließlich Vor- und Nachbereitung
• Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien: Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Schulungsunterlagen und Selbstlernangeboten
• Vertriebsunterstützung: Weitergabe relevanter Kundeninformationen zur Unterstützung des Vertriebs

Über Dich:

• Kaufmännische Kenntnisse: Solide Kenntnisse von kaufmännischen Prozesse und Grundkenntnisse in der Buchhaltung
• IT-Verständnis: Fundiertes Verständnis von systemübergreifenden IT-Strukturen und MS-Windows Server-Infrastruktur (Dateistruktur, Server- und Client-Betriebssysteme, Druckertreiber, Benutzerrechte, Dienste)
• Branchenkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Kfz-Handel, insbesondere in den Bereichen Ersatzteilmanagement, Kundenservice, Prämienabwicklung, ELZ/Webshop, Kasse und Zeiterfassung
• SQL-Kenntnisse: Verständnis von Datenbanken, Tabellenstrukturen, Feldern und dem Erstellen von Abfragen
• Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Organisationstalent: Fähigkeit, Projekte selbstständig zu planen und zu koordinieren
• Teamfähigkeit: Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
• Flexibilität: Reisebereitschaft und flexible Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden

About Company:

Freicon Software GmbH, part of Valsoft Corporation provides dealer management systems addressing the need to effectively handle all operational processes in the car, commercial vehicle and caravan business. This includes customer service, warehouse processing and automotive sales.

The Role:

As a Technical Consultant (m/w/d) at Freicon Software GmbH, you serve as the interface between our customers and our software solution FILAKS.PLUS. You will analyse customer-specific needs, develop tailored IT concepts, and support the implementation and optimization of our solutions. Your role encompasses both technical and commercial aspects, requiring a deep understanding of business processes in the automotive trade.

What your day will look like:

• Customer-specific needs analysis: Determination and analysis of the individual requirements of our customers
• Presentation of IT concepts: Preparation and implementation of presentations as well as preparation of customer appointments
• Accompanying consulting: Support of our customers during the implementation phase and continuous support via Microsoft Teams
• Customer relationship maintenance: Maintaining customer relationships even after project completion
• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of documentation for the planning and coordination of customer projects
• Project coordination: Organization and supervision of projects and installations
• (Process)Analytics: Performing detailed analysis to optimize business processes
• IT concepts: Planning and development of IT concepts as well as their implementation
• Training and workshops: Conducting training courses and workshops for customers, including preparation and follow-up
• Creation of training materials: Development and continuous improvement of training materials and self-learning offers
• Sales support: Sharing relevant customer information to support sales

About You:

• Commercial knowledge: Solid knowledge of commercial processes and basic knowledge of accounting
• IT understanding: Sound understanding of cross-system IT structures and MS-Windows Server infrastructure (file structure, server and client operating systems, printer drivers, user rights, services)
• Industry knowledge: Experience in the automotive trade, especially in the areas of spare parts management, customer service, premium processing, ELZ / webshop, cash register and time recording
• SQL skills: Understanding databases, table structures, fields, and how to create queries
• Communication skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Organizational talent: Ability to plan and coordinate projects independently
• Ability to work in a team: High social competence and ability to work together in a team
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and flexibly adapt to the needs of our customers
