Activities

• Supporting our customers remotely and on-site
• Installation and maintenance of server and network infrastructures, locally and in the cloud
• Support for customer systems
• Supervision of monitoring and data backup
• Contact person for customers in first and second level support
• Exciting customers from various areas, specialization possible
• Customer contact and independent project management

Requirements

• German mother tongue or at least level C1, English at least level B2
• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training and/or knowledge
• Knowledge of common Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, MS365/Azure)
• Knowledge of networking and virtualization
• Knowledge of firewalls and IT security

Requirements for the applicant:

• Basic knowledge of: VMware virtualization software, MS-SQL Server, Microsoft Azure
• Advanced knowledge: Microsoft 365, user consulting, user support (IT), Windows Server 2022 operating system, Veeam backup software, TCP/IP network technology, network attached storage (NAS), Microsoft Windows terminal server, MS Exchange Server network technology, Microsoft virtualization software, firewall systems, system support, system administration, system management
