2nd Level IT Remote Support – (Senior) Service Desk Support Engineer (m/f/d) – hybrid working (remote & presence)

For a project of our client, a renowned company in the IT industry, we are looking for reinforcement – with immediate effect.
Your tasks
- Management and support of more than 40,000 mobile devices with Windows 10
- Comprehensive processing of IT faults and service requests through telephone and written support, based on incoming tickets
- Support for the entire lifecycle of client software and hardware, including deployment, rollout, updates, complaints and decommissioning of devices
- Documentation of all support activities with timely forwarding and continuous maintenance of the knowledge database
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of MS Intune and Azure/Entra ID
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows 10 (operating system, networks, application deployment)
- ITIL Foundation certification as well as practical experience in the application of IT service management structures, especially in incident and problem management
- Strong analytical skills and high problem-solving competence for IT technical challenges
- Confident handling of ticket systems, such as Jira Service Management, OTRS or ServiceNow (SNOW)
