1st and 2nd level support (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

1. Main contact person (m/f/d) for all IT-related matters in the company
2. Independent support and processing of support requests by telephone, e-mail and in person while adhering to response and processing times (SLAs)
3. Solution-oriented processing of IT problems in a client/server network environment, including operating systems, office applications, notebooks, mobile devices and printers, by remote, e-mail or telephone
4. Documentation of all work in the ticket system to improve internal service quality
5. Development and maintenance of the IT knowledge database by documenting and linking problems and solutions that arise
6. Support with administrative tasks such as backup, maintenance and rollout
7. Coordination of ticket processing with external service providers

Your qualifications:

1. Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable qualification
2. Several years of professional experience in 1st level support required
3. Good knowledge of current IT technologies, especially collaboration tools and Office 365 tools
4. Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows operating systems required
5. Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages are an advantage
6. Strong team spirit with strong communication skills, assertiveness and a strong service mindset
7. High degree of initiative and decisiveness
