Hoffrogge is a multi-award-winning and climate-neutral company with a focus on sales consulting and software development. We would like to strengthen our sales team as soon as possible. Our sales team is responsible for selling the right Hoffrogge software portfolio in an exciting and dynamic business environment. The focus is on both the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing customer relationships. Software Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What You Will Do

  1. You will identify new sales opportunities and inspire customers with the many benefits and added value of using our software and digital solutions.
  2. You have a keen sense of our customers\‘ needs, determine their requirements in close dialog and ensure that they understand the benefits of the software and build trust in us as a partner.
  3. You convince customers with your strong communication and presentation skills as well as with the right business cases and success stories in German and English.
  4. You manage the planning and coordination of all necessary preparatory work to generate new leads.
  5. You represent the company at specialist conferences and industry events and constantly and authentically expand and maintain your internal and external network with target-oriented contacts.
  6. You report transparently on the status quo of appointments, opportunities and risks.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications with a high affinity for sales and software.
  2. Experience in building networks for the distribution and sales process of software products that require explanation.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills, affinity and memory for numbers, data and facts, structured way of working and very good German and English skills.
  4. Convincing argumentation and negotiation skills to present benefits and added value to bring about positive purchasing decisions.
  5. Persistent and self-motivated will to create and succeed in combination with the ability to prepare complex issues for the target group and present them professionally.
  6. Dialogue and results-oriented team player with a passion and enthusiasm for selling innovative software solutions.
