We are looking for you to strengthen our team of REPXPERTs as Professional Training e-Mobility & Diagnostics (m/f/d) to develop our e-mobility training offer. Together with a strong team of global trainers you will bring Technical Training in the Automotive Aftermarket to a new level to support independent garages worldwide in the best possible way.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational development of the global Schaeffler Aftermarket Training offer with a focus on e-mobility and diagnostics.
  • Global coordination of training measures in close collaboration with regional training heads and monitoring of our success based on suitable KPI.
  • Creation and execution of offline & online as well as hybrid trainings for internal colleagues (Train the Trainer) and at international fairs (e.g. Automechanika).
  • Collection of garage requirements, conceptual work, production and international rollout of new (interactive) training contents together with a team of technical content specialists.
  • Further development of the trainer role, skill set and available tools.
  • Development of new e-mobility repair solutions and support materials together with our product experts.
  • Strengthening our Aftermarket diagnostics competence especially in the development of new e-mobility repair solutions.
  • Project Management: responsibility of time, scope, budget and quality within the defined project goals, global collaboration in training related topics, especially around e-mobility.
  • Close collaboration with departments such as Quality, Warranty, Product Management and Sales & Marketing and supporting/consulting in technical topics.

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic.
  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, business administration or similar.
  • Several years of experience in Training in the IAM or on OEM side with proven experience in developing excellent training courses.
  • Very good experience in automotive technology, especially diagnostics. Ideally expert knowledge about the development processes on diagnostics supplier side.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office. Experience in content editing tools as well as specific software to create exciting e-Learnings is beneficial.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages beneficial.
  • Strong conceptional and organizational skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate globally, international work experience is beneficial.
  • Agile mindset, intercultural sensitivity, resilient, strong team-player with a forward-thinking approach.
