Investment Manager Role

This senior investment manager role supports the team on restructuring, workout, and value enhancement across the portfolio as well as assessing, structuring, and underwriting new direct lending investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent fundamental credit analysis and due diligence

• Perform financial modelling and restructuring/recovery modelling

• Prepare Investment Committee materials

• Participate in transactions and debt documentation negotiations

• Provide recommendations to Portfolio Managers and Investment Committee

Requirements

• 4+ years of investment and/or advisory experience

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Motivated team player with ability to work independently
