About the Role:

As XPENG’s Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key fleet customers, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the B2B market position of our company’s vehicles. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, offering tailored electric vehicle solutions, and overseeing the full sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth. The Fleet Sales Manager should spearhead our fleet sales initiatives within the designated territories, focusing on cultivating enduring partnerships with key corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network, corporate clients, leasing companies, mobility solution providers, and other fleet customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for fleet customers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Operation and Process Management
    • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, after-sales) to ensure competitive conditions, a high service quality level, and timely vehicle delivery.
    • Oversee the complete sales process, from proposal to closing, including negotiation and contract signing.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Financial and Performance Monitoring
    • Track and analyze fleet sales performance metrics, including revenue, volume, and profitability.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to assist management in strategic decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
    2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in fleet sales or automotive sales / key account management.
    • Deep understanding of automotive industry trends, fleet sales processes, and customer expectations.
    • Experience with foreign car brands is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed across the designated region.
