We’re currently looking for a (Senior) Project & Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main .
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in SaaS sales and/or account management, ideally in a fast-growing environment
- Deep understanding of modern sales approaches (Solution Selling, PLG, Inbound & Outbound, etc.)
- Ability to position complex technical products in a clear and customer-centric manner
- Experience in building and developing Customer Success structures
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive presence—both internally and externally
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and a high degree of self-initiative
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
- Ideally, initial experience in the New Mobility sector

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire Go-to-Market strategy across the Customer Lifecycle: from lead generation through sales to customer retention
- Expansion and advancement of our SaaS sales model – with a focus on scaling, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Strengthening and systematizing our Customer Success Management – aiming for long-term customer loyalty and high net retention
- Close collaboration with our tech and product teams to prioritize customer feedback and unlock innovation potential
