Your mission

• Responsible for the implementation of the service business
• Monitoring the quality and process conformity of the service offered
• Recognising and reporting quality problems with services and products
• Documenting service activities and contributing to product improvement
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements
• Working with the team to ensure continuous improvement of the service system

Your profile

• Expertise in relation to various construction machines (MEWP/excavator/crane/wheel loader/forklift etc.)
• Familiarity with repair and maintenance procedures for construction machinery
• Experience in customer service and working with sales and product teams
• Experience as a technician in the field of electrics, hydraulics, mechanics or in the automotive industry
• Positive charisma, hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
• Enjoy travelling on business and direct customer contact
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
