Country Controller

For one of our clients, a technological service provider based in Lausanne, you are responsible for:

1. Participating actively in producing and presenting results to the operations.
2. Enabling modernization and transformation of the financial tools in place.
3. Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and supporting business transformation.
4. Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g., automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification through AI, preparing ERP changes).
5. Interacting with various internal stakeholders in Switzerland to measure performance and ensure the achievement of annual targets.

As a Controller:

Qualifications:

1. Have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance and/or IT.
2. Have at least 3 years\‘ experience as a controller or financial analyst.
3. Have experience in Business Intelligence, particularly Power BI.
4. Be familiar with digitalization projects in finance and/or operations.
5. Have strong language skills in English and French or German.
