What you can expect

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction of our global compensation and benefits policies.
Your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing the global compensation & benefits strategy to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
  2. Driving consistency and efficiency among compensation & benefits policies and practices worldwide
  3. Identifying global trends in compensation & benefits and translating them into innovative concepts to enhance the company’s attractiveness and competitiveness
  4. Assuming responsibility for a globally consistent job architecture , particularly for the integration of employees following M&A or other organizational changes
  5. Optimizing, monitoring, and reporting on the annual salary review process
  6. Optimizing and implementing compensation programs , including short-term and long-term incentive plans, sales incentive systems, and employee benefits
  7. Supporting organizational management in SAP in the area of compensation & benefits
  8. Monitoring relevant KPIs and driving continuous improvement to ensure high service and data quality
  9. Advising executives and works councils on compensation and organizational matters
  10. Supporting regional HR managers and HR business partners in all compensation & benefits-related topics
  11. Overseeing the selection and management of external consultants and service providers (e.g., market survey data, benefits providers)

What you will bring

Your Profile:

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  2. Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international company
  3. Strong expertise in designing and implementing compensation systems, incentive models, and benefits programs
  4. Experience working with SAP and other relevant HR systems
  5. Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  6. Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with senior leadership and employee representatives
  7. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  8. Willingness to travel
