The aim is to harness the global capabilities to their fullest extent by building relationships with key stakeholders, defining the value proposition and sales strategy to position GF Piping System as an attractive supplier in the Life Science Industry, addressing gaps and seizing new opportunities. The position can be filled in Switzerland, Germany, France, Nordics, Netherlands, or Belgium the hotspots of the Life Science industry.Your tasks:Define ambitious, realistic sales targets for the Life Sciences sector aligned with the 2030 company strategyFormulate actionable strategies and go-to-market plans, to meet these targets, ensuring alignment with broader business objectivesLead efforts to define and promote a compelling and differentiated value proposition in key areas such as Water for Injection (WFI), Deionized (DI) Water, and Waste Stream managementReactivate and build momentum within the sales company foster collaboration and provide strategic guidance to enhance the effectiveness of the sales teams across regionsDevelop deep relationships with selected and prioritized End Users, EPCs, and Water-related OEMs in the Life Science industryDevelop a broad understanding of GFs offerings for the Life Science Industry, incl. fusion technologies, prefab or consulting needsAttend industry events to expand networks, and act as speaker in industry panels/forums. Develop marketing materials and sales playbooks to demonstrate GF Piping System\’s portfolio for Life Science with the support of marketing professionalsConduct training sessions for sales companies and GF\’s networkYour profile:A master\’s or bachelor’s degree preferably in a Pharma or Life Science related fieldAt least 10 plus years experience in the Pharma/Life Science market, with a broad network in the EPCs and Water Treatment OEMsExtensive Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, water requirements, plant and water treatmentGood technical and biological knowledge and skills to work directly with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, research labsStrong verbal and presentation skills including analytical and interpersonal skillsPassion to build relationships and the ability to inspire institutions, decision-makers, and stakeholders from your ideasEnglish must be on a high professional level, other languages are an asset50%Benefits Clear vision and purpose\“We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value\“ is our vision and this is what guides us.
