The Institute for AI Safety and Security provides research and development services in the field of AI-related methods, processes, algorithms and execution environments. The Department for Safety-Critical Data Infrastructures deals with data and information quality as well as the foundations for the development of secure, decentralized data infrastructures. Dataspaces play a crucial role in managing and integrating distributed data sources by creating flexible and dynamic structures that enable efficient data processing and analysis. This position will involve supporting the development and optimization of user interfaces for dataspaces, ensuring intuitive and powerful interaction with complex data structures.
The position includes the following tasks:
  • Development and optimization of frontend components: Design and implementation of user interfaces for managing and analyzing dataspaces using modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Integration of interfaces: Connecting the frontend to existing backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data integration and presentation
  • User experience (UX) and design: Developing and implementing user-centered UX/UI designs that meet the specific requirements and use cases of dataspaces
  • Testing and debugging: Conducting functional tests and resolving issues to ensure the stability and performance of frontend applications.
