Job Highlights

- Gain hands on experience in the plant with other engineers, maintenance technicians, and operators
- Develop working understanding of day-to-day maintenance, mechanical integrity, project scheduling, quality control and safety
- Review equipment documentation, design/operating conditions, and specifications
- Review, schedule, and witness Mechanical Integrity Inspection activities
- Review Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) including review and field verification
- Assemble and organize plant equipment documentation and specifications with emphasis on digitization
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have:
- Completed at least Sophomore year of college
- Classroom experience in core mechanical engineering disciplines (e.g. thermodynamics, fluid mechanics) with prior intern/co-op experience preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
