Job Highlights

Prepare, execute and coordinate Registration Projects in Canada and US (PMRA, FIFRA). 

Communicate and collaborate with business teams, customers and authorities  regarding regulatory topics. 

Interpret, evaluate and effectively communicate technical material and government regulations policies to LANXESS employees and customers.

Coordinate with external laboratories to place studies and ensure services delivered for data required for regulatory purposes.

Requirements

A minimum of a BS in chemistry, biology, engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in regulatory

Independent, with good communication and project  management skills. Several years of experience with and technical knowledge of the current FIFRA (EPA Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act) and PMRA (Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Authority) regulatory requirements, procedures and guidelines for registration of biocides by the US EPA, state agencies and PMRA.  Knowledge of legal developments relevant to biocides.  Working knowledge of FDA and Canadian FDA specific to indirect food contact clearances for biocides.
