How you make a difference

  • As Senior Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a servant leader, strengthen their self-organization and encourage them to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles.
  • You motivate the teams to continuously improve and help to clear obstacles out of the way.
  • With other scrum masters and release train engineers, you develop new ideas and improve collaboration within the organization with the help of our internal community.
  • Together with our agile coaches, you shape an environment that enables the teams to focus on delivering beneficial results and continue to develop.
  • You develop a sense for the teams\‘ specialist and technical challenges and support them along the way.

What you have to offer

  • You have several years of practical experience as a scrum master in agile teams and organizations; knowledge of SAFe is an advantage.
  • As a team player with strong communication skills, empathy and a good feel for people, you recognize what the teams need.
  • Thanks to your flexibility, individual responsibility and solution-oriented approach, you strike the perfect balance between methodological stability and pragmatism.
  • Your coordination skills, global perspective and ability to communicate respectfully set you apart.
  • You have a good written and spoken command of German and good proficiency in English.
