Our mission is to empower loan customers through effortless and transparent digital services that are trustworthy and selfserve. We strive to provide a seamless experience from deciding for a loan to formalizing the checkout process ensuring our customers feel confident and in control every step of the way. We are organized in a crossfunctional team with FE FS BE QA and Design roles working closely with our Product Owner and stakeholders.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWork in a dataintensive distributed environment with React and Typescript in the frontend connected to a variety of Golang or NodeJS applications that run on AWS Lambda and Kubernetes.Work in a team that has a central role in our customer journey and collaborate closely with many other teams for this purpose.Ensure that all services of our offers page checkout route and customer area run with high stability and all journeys are properly funneled and tracked.Take active part in all the decisions involving the team (goals tools timelines stack etc.).Work closely with our PO and UX Designers to plan and continuously conceptualize and develop new features for the teams domainInvolve in the development and maintenance of the teams products end to end in line with our you build it you run it you own it philosophy which also includes DevOps tasks.YOUR PROFILEYou have several years of professional experience with Golang and React. Experience with NodeJS (TypeScript) is a plus.Handson experience with AWS containerized microservice infrastructures with an emphasis on services related to backend deployments such as Lambda.Familiarity with the LGTM Grafana stack (LokiGrafanaTempo and Mimir/Prometheus).Familiarity with Terraform (IaC) is desired and knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage.Experience in troubleshooting applications in an eventdriven architecture.Prior experience with CI tools especially transitioning or maintaining pipelines is a plus.Professional experience with developing mobile apps or backends for those is a plus.Experience with A/BTest setups and tooling is a plus.You are passionate about your work and a great communicator always keen on sharing knowledge with the team.
