Working Student (m/w/d)

With a team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely, we’re searching for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Tasks

As a Working Student, you will get an opportunity to grow, learn, and make a real difference by taking ownership and contributing to one or more of the following business areas:

Marketing & Sales

• Conduct market research and support with the execution of our strategic sales projects
• Prepare and create marketing and sales materials, including pitches and social media posts
• Ensure a consistent corporate identity across all our formats and channels

Product & Tech

• Support with creating and maintaining the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities based on customer needs and business objectives
• Work closely with the engineering team and ensure the deliverables are meeting acceptance criteria, business objectives, and UX standards and best practices
• Assist in the implementation of agile project management frameworks, with a focus on user experience
• Outline user journeys & processes, and create UX mockups in line with our corporate identity

Business Operations

• Engage with our users to understand their needs and challenges by responding to their inquiries, identifying solutions to their problems, and providing information about our products and services
• Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to provide insights for decision-making, enhance our products and processes, and scale our business operations
• Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders

Finance & Accounting

• Assist with daily accounting tasks and contribute to the regular account closing processes
• Optimise the organization, processes, and systems in the finance area by driving digitalization and automation
• Further develop accounting, controlling and management systems

The list of tasks is not exhaustive; there are various directions and projects in which you might be involved, allowing you to expand your skills and contribute to diverse initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results
• Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
• A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work
• Proficient in written and spoken communication in English

Nice-to-have skills and experiences:

• Initial professional experience through internships or student positions in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments
• Proficient in German (C1 level or native fluency); additional languages are a plus
