Are you passionate about startups and eager to get hands-on experience in building one from the ground up? As a Founder’s Associate at Kini, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities from day one. You’ll gain invaluable insight into the workings of an early-stage startup while managing special projects across various departments. Working directly with our Co-Founder & CEO, Fabian, you’ll support him in his daily tasks, contributing to the growth and success of the business, but also have the autonomy to lead your own projects.
Tasks
As our first business hire, you’ll play a key role in driving our success, taking ownership of diverse tasks such as:
- Business Development: Support the entire sales cycle, from identifying growth opportunities to creating compelling pitch decks. Additionaly, reach out to potential leads and manage our CRM to keep track of relationships.
- Operations: Handle various operational tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, optimizing internal processes, and monitoring day-to-day activities.
- Financials: Assist in preparing financial reports for investors and managing billing processes.
- Generalist Projects: Tackle a wide range of projects, working closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have the following:
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in German.
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, management, or a related field, with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
- Some prior experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or consulting firm.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A hands-on mentality, willing to take initiative and go the extra mile.
- Bonus points if you have worked on your own startup projects.
