Your tasks
Are you curious about digital marketing and passionate about CRM? Then step into your next adventure KoRo! You will support our multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, web banners, and postcards, ensuring content is tailored to diverse markets. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and excited about exploring AI-driven creative tools to streamline workflows – this role is for you! Your tasks will include:
- Campaign Management: Set up and coordinate CRM campaigns (email, web banners, and postcards), adapting content for diverse markets, creating and maintaining templates.
- Tools & Reporting: Use CRM platforms like Braze, basic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, and AI solutions for content creation, reporting, and customer insights.
- Automation: Maintain and assist in implementing automation flows to support expansion into new markets.
Your profile
- We are looking for either a working student or an intern seeking a 6-month mandatory internship // Please specify in your application whether you are interested in the internship or in the working student position!
- Ideally, you have a degree in marketing/communications, international marketing, business, management or a similar field. This is not mandatory – career changers are welcome!
- Previous experience, such as internships, is a plus
- You have excellent English skills. Any additional language skills are nice to have!
- You live in the Berlin area or you are willing to come to Berlin for your internship
- You have design skills with Canva or similar tools, and a foundational understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Braze)
- You know your way around the Google Suite workspace, especially G-Sheets.
- You bring a genuine curiosity about digital marketing, CRM, and the potential of AI-driven creative tools to optimize content creation.
- You are attentive to detail and committed to quality and consistency across multiple projects and channels.
- You have a collaborative mindset, are receptive to feedback, and are eager to learn!

Working student salary: 13.00 € per hour during Bachelor’s studies / 15.00 € per hour for during Master’s studies or with completed vocational training.
Internship salary: € 520.00 (gross) during Bachelor’s studies / € 800.00 (gross) during Master’s studies or with completed vocational training.
