Advanced knowledge: Windows 11, cloud computing, storage and backup systems, firewall systems, client-server technology, security systems (IT), data security, network monitoring, backup concepts (IT), license management, user consulting, user support (IT), patch management.
Expert knowledge: IT service management according to ITIL, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Terminal Server, Windows 10, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, operating system virtualization.
