Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from inception to execution.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to define strategic objectives and assess potential targets.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive-level decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and stakeholders throughout the M&A process.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• German native with fluency in English.
• 3-7 years of experience in corporate development or corporate strategy.
• Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
