Responsibilities:
- First contact for LH-Group teams and internal / external parties on compliance and data protection at the time: matters group level
- Contract review regarding data protection and compliance, including data processing agreements and international data transfers
- Documentation of processing activities, ensuring data subject rights, managing data breaches, and follow-up actions
- Preparation of KPIs and reports on data protection and compliance, defining and implementing measures
- Implementation of the LH Compliance Management System
- Active monitoring of data protection and compliance risks
- Ensuring LH Governance, including powers of attorney and RoPs
- Participation in or management of projects

Minimum Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in law or a comparable field of study, business studies or similar degree
- Several years of data protection experience, ideally in industry or logistics
- Technical knowledge of data processing, cloud services, networks, and digital solutions
- Compliance experience is a plus
- Extensive GDPR knowledge, ideally with certifications
- Independent, structured, and results-driven approach
- Ability to develop and implement new processes in a matrix organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly
- Quick comprehension of processes, cross-functional collaboration
