Regional Service Manager Energy Storage (m / f / d)

We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead post-sales service operations for both C&I and residential energy storage products . This role ensures best-in-class customer support, oversees technical service teams, and drives service excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the service strategy, technical support, and after-sales operations across the region.
- Manage and develop service engineers and field technicians .
- Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalation .
- Develop and implement installer training programs .
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to improve product reliability.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency .
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service management, preferably in energy storage or power electronics.
- Proven experience in customer care, service strategy development, and technical support.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Fluent in German and English.
