Freelancer: Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Life Sciences Industry

Requirements:

• Registered freelancer including all registrations, such as tax and trade licenses
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business, psychology, life sciences or a comparable field
• 3-10 years of practical experience as an agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Scrum Master or agile project manager training and certification
• Ideally practical experience in Life Science industries or Consulting
• Solution-oriented, innovator and forward thinker
• Curious, open-minded and pleasure in continuous organisational development
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in the setup and execution of agile projects, ensuring alignment with agile principles
• Provide guidance by sharing best practices, agile rules & toolkits to organizations striving towards an agile transformation
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote agile principles across teams, functions, and organizations
• Training & coaching of agile teams and their individuals during product development around the scrum process and proper usage of the artifacts
• Organize and co-facilitate the scrum ceremonies
• Resolving impediments and conflicts in the agile team
• Work closely with the Product Owner and team members to ensure proper prioritization and maintain smooth flow of work throughout the project
