Job Description:
The Key Account Manager will join a vibrant Sales team across the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive the expansion of our customer pipeline and work with clients to engage efficiently with our sales team. Your focus will span multiple business areas and regions, and you will be responsible for delivering the company’s value proposition, not individual products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand the customer base and grow the pipeline across the DACH territory
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
- Travel across your region to build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit
- Provide coaching and support to colleagues, fostering team success.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in franchised distribution, independent distribution, or supplier sales within high-reliability industries
- In-depth understanding of testing and quality practices in the electronic components industry
- Proven ability to work remotely and deliver results independently
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Additional Information:
- Frequent travel required (30% or more), including international trips
