We are looking for an HR Operations Manager / Deputy Head of HR for our vacant position in the HR department at the earliest possible date.
Your Duties :
- Responsible for supporting managers and employees in a defined area from recruitment to departure
- Recruitment, application management and on-boarding
- Further training management together with performance and talent management
- Health management
- Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
- HR controlling by compiling statistics, evaluations, cost planning, etc.
- Collaboration and management of HR projects (national / international)
- Management of the department with 2 employees as a substitute for absences
Position Requirements
The requirements :
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable degree or completed commercial training and ideally further training as a human resources specialist
- Several years of professional experience in personnel management and in working with employee representatives
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and a common ERP system
- Good knowledge of active sourcing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in dealing with collective bargaining law (IGBCE desirable)
- High social competence and a good feel for people and situations
- You enjoy working in a team and impress with your strong communication skills and hands-on mentality as well as a high service orientation
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Confident and convincing appearance and the corresponding assertiveness
