Product Owner - Bruin

Our client is a leading global financial services firm with a strong presence across Europe. Due to continued investment in digital transformation, they are seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of their banking and fund platform.

The Product Owner will play a key role in shaping the firm’s trading and custody infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and drive strategic initiatives. This role also includes leading a multi-year project to transition third-party tenants onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Product Owner:

• Lead the development and enhancement of core banking and fund platform processes, including trading, custody, and fee management.
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to define and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Drive a major migration project, overseeing the transition of third-party tenants onto the platform over the next two years.
• Analyse and refine key financial processes to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

The Digital Product Owner will meet the following criteria:

• Degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field.
• Strong experience in digital transformation, financial services, or investment products.
• Deep understanding of trading value chains and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
