What you\’ll need
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fluency in English; German is a really big plus
- Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field
- Basic knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and helpdesk systems like Jira or Freshservice
