Tasks

1. Develop concepts for IT solutions
2. Network support with Microsoft server products
3. Setting up and installing server landscapes
4. Implementation of IT security and data protection
5. Support and advice for end users with IT problems
6. Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
7. Error analysis and troubleshooting via remote maintenance and by telephone

Qualification

1. Completed training as an IT systems administrator, IT systems electronics technician, IT systems administrator or a comparable qualification
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and network security
3. Solution-oriented work
4. You like to take on new challenges
5. Reliability, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
