Workday Functional Consultant mfd

Lead Configuration & Implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.

Collaborate & Design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.

Testing & Deployment: Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.

Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.

Team Coordination: Partner with HR Payroll IT and vendors for seamless integration.

Qualifications: About You:

You have worked as a Workday Functional Consultant, especially in HCM and Time Tracking.

Deep knowledge of Workday, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication are essential.

Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
