Our mission is to enhance individuals\‘ flexibility, mobility, and overall health through a synergistic approach involving in-store assessments, AI-fueled personalized plans, virtual stretching guidance, and wearables integration.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Co-Founder to spearhead our technological strategy, oversee platform development, and lead advancements in AI application development and data analytics. This represents a unique opportunity to establish a high-impact health tech startup from its inception.

Tasks

• Technology Strategy & Leadership: Establish and direct the strategic technical framework guiding the advancement of Aer\’s AI-powered preventive healthcare platform.
• AI & Machine Learning Development: Develop sophisticated AI-driven assessment tools, personalized stretching regimens, and predictive health analytics.
• App & Platform Development: Spearhead the creation of a mobile-first application featuring video tutorials, booking systems, integration with wearable devices, and gamification functionalities.
• Scalability & Security: Ensure the development of a scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure that accommodates user growth while safeguarding data integrity and protection.
• Recruit & Manage Tech Team: Recruit, assemble, and provide leadership to a team of skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Facilitate fundraising initiatives by articulating and presenting the technical vision and strategic roadmap to potential investors.

Requirements

• Expertise in AI and Machine Learning: Demonstrated experience in developing AI applications, natural language processing models, or predictive analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Development: Advanced skills in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Django, as well as frontend technologies like React Native and Flutter.
• Mobile Application Development: A proven track record in the development and successful deployment of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Cloud Computing and DevOps Experience: Proficient in utilizing AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to create scalable and robust architectures.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited resources, adopting a hands-on approach.
• Leadership and Strategic Vision: Capacity to establish technical direction, attract and recruit exceptional talent, and effectively collaborate with business teams.
• Experience in Health Tech and Wellness Apps: Background in building or scaling digital health, wellness, or fitness-related platforms.
• AI-Driven Recommendations and Personalization: Expertise in developing AI-powered recommendation systems and adaptive learning models.
• Startup and Founding Engineer Experience: Prior experience in an early-stage startup, ideally as a founding engineer.
• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, and other data privacy and security frameworks.
• Co-Founder Status & Equity Stake: Opportunity to join Aer as a co-founder with a significant equity stake, playing a key role in shaping the company\’s vision and technology.
